Vintage Gardens/Park Assisted Living provides a strong nursing program to assist our residents in maximizing and maintaining their health and wellness.

Our goal is to provide nursing care in a respectful and non-intrusive manner. Our licensed and certified nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide care in three areas:

Medication Management: Our nursing staff can either provide "full" medication management where they order, store and administer all medications for the resident, or "partial" medication management where they can oversee residents who want to self-administer and manage their own medication program.

Case Management: Our nursing staff evaluates any resident health issues that arise, communicates those issues with the physician and family, and then follows through with the physician's plan of care.

Daily Living: Our nursing staff provides assistance to our residents with their activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, etc.)
